Balloon Kyphoplasty is a minimally invasive treatment for spinal fractures caused by osteoporosis or cancer. By achieving fracture stabilization and correction of spinal deformity, patients experience significant reduction in pain and improvement in mobility, thus reducing the number of days in bed and increasing overall quality of life.

Dr. Brasfield continues his quest to find new ways to treat serious health issues with the least amount of recurrance or recovery time. Using titanium rods, semi-rigid rods, and other tecniques and devices, the new Artificial Disc Replacement procedure will not only correct problems, but it will act as a support and protection system for vertebrae directly above the affected area.
